Long ago, when seekers wished to learn the sacred traditions of healing and meditation, they would travel to Nepal and India from faraway lands. It was well understood that true learning required discipline, time, and a holistic approach. You couldn’t just learn meditation in isolation, you also needed to understand food, the body, the mind, the breath. Everything was interconnected, thus, Yoga (Union)….
If someone came to receive a secret mantra, they would first go through foundational teachings to prepare their body and mind — to truly value what they were being given. This process helped them go deeper, and it protected them on their spiritual path.
When I began teaching, I too wanted students to stay for at least a month or two — so I could guide them through a complete process. Not just techniques, but a living practice — sādhanā — that could support them throughout life. I still follow this approach with my long-term students.
But I also understand that today, most people find it difficult to take even 5 days away from their busy lives. That’s why I began offering parts of that full path as focused, individual courses — so that people can begin with what resonates most deeply with them right now. Whether due to time, finances, or life stage, not everyone is meant to learn everything all at once.
As my father wisely said, “It’s better to offer what someone can truly receive and use in their life now, than overwhelm them with something they are not yet ready to hold.”
Come and experience the most ancient yoga of sound: Nāda Yoga, along with Dhyāna (often misrepresented as “meditation”), supported by mantra and sūtra chanting — for those wishing to go even deeper. For selected individuals, I also offer traditional Kundalinī awakening practices — lifelong disciplines rooted in initiation and personal guidance. You will learn to heal yourself and deepen your journey as a healer.
