Words hold healing power when spoken with good heart, and these messages are expressions of genuine experience and gratitude. Yet, I ask you not to take them for granted or expect the same outcome. Each person’s journey is unique, and I encourage you to follow your own heart before reaching out.
I share these precious messages not to boast or convince, but as gifts that deeply touch my heart. Like everyone, there are moments when I feel lost, unsure of my worth or lose connection with my own energy. Sometimes in those momentss, I return to these gifts from my precious students and friends, they remind me of the impact of this work and help me reconnect with my purpose.
They help me get my Smile back …
I wish I could share every message I’ve received, but that is simply impossible.
Thank you for honoring this space with an open heart.

I was so fortunate to pick Anup when I decided to do a course in sound healing last year. He gives his all to you on his one to one courses and his knowledge is outstanding. His dedication and passion shine and he sincerely wants to support you in any way that he can during and after the course. I have been totally inspired by Anup and feel blessed that I now have him as a friend and spiritual guide.

Amazing experience in Pokhara
Anup is the best teacher I have ever had.
I have taken meditation courses and yoga courses over the years, and the 10 day course is the best experience I have ever had. I thought I would simply be learning about singing bowls, but Anup incorporated philosophy, spiritual learning, mantras, meditation and a variety of techniques to use in the future. He balances intellect with emotions and wisdom with humor. In short, his integrity is beyond reproach. He lives what he teaches. A true inspiration. I am already planning on coming back next year:)

Anup…there are only so many words that can describe my experience working with him. I have had the honor to work slowly through the process of journeying deep into the world of sound with Anup. As an American, it has been refreshing to be studying in a way that is not rushed, but rather be guided by a teacher who is not guided by timelines but rather the depth of the teaching.
My experience working with Anup has not been just about learning sound healing but connecting in deeper with my own spirituality. His approach is gentle, kind, and filled with humor and laughter. I have not only found an amazing teacher but a lifetime friend in Anup. I am forever grateful to have gotten the chance to study and will continue to study with him. He is truly unique, humble and forever learning himself. If you are able to study with Anup, you will not regret it!

Best teacher ever
I’ve spent 18 days with Anup for a sound healing course. He thought me so much about sound. His way of teaching is very personal and clear. Besides the fact that I have learnt a lot from him I consider him also as a good friend. Thanks Anup for sharing your knowledge with me. I will always remember our nice discussions, your milk tea, your smile and the mocha ice coffees we drank at Java’s ❤️❤️❤️
Best place for Authentic & profound Study of Nada Yoga
With 15 years of studying and teaching yoga & meditation in traditional lineages( Pattabhi Jois, Tiwarji, Bhogalji to name a few), I carefully chose this after a long search. It was absolutely right decision to come to study with teacher Anup Pathi as entire course exceeded my expectation in all dimensions. Depths of the contents, sincerity & dedication of the teacher, one on one based teaching both on theory and practicum, and most of all, warm compassion to humanity that lies beyond this study. I had such a transformative, enjoyable, healing and spiritual 8 days in Sound healing Nepal and felit extremely privileged to get introduced to Nada Yoga through Anup. Highly recommend this course and teacher from the bottom of my heart.

An experience that will give you more than you thought possible. Take the leap!
Anup has all the knowledge, integrity and wisdom to teach singing bowls and sound healing. What makes him exceptional is his ability to gently move your beliefs and boundaries about sound, yoga, life perspectives and so much more. The experience is an ongoing conversation as opposed to a one-way teaching where both the practical as well as technical and philosophical elements take centre stage.
I personally went into a 10-day course with Anup having done minimal research and having no experience playing singing bowls. I came with no expectations yet did wonder if it would be too much, too advanced or too spiritual for where I was currently on my path. All of these fleeting thoughts were quickly dispelled as Anup immediately put me at ease and managed to tune our own frequency for fruitful exchanges. Anup may be a sound healer but his presence in itself combined with his people skills makes him so much more than that. If you are in any way curious about sound and singing bowls and are up for a fun challenge, Anup is the answer. Take the leap, you will not regret it!

Thank you universe for allowing me to meet this incredible master, teacher, friend and human.
I thought I was coming to learn how to heal others with singing bowls, but actually end up realizing how much work I have to do myself, how much I still need to learn and all that I cannot explain from the beauty of these cultures in the Himalayas.
Vibrations, frequencies, sounds, bowls are great, but the real essence is COMPASSION with no boundaries.
Today has been one of the best days of my life.
Thanks to my beautiful partner Margaux Armonía for supporting me every single day and being such a beautiful human.

Anup is a brilliant charismatic teacher, a compassionate healer, a spiritual guide, and a bright light in this world. I am incredibly grateful to divine intervention for bringing him into my life during the darkest days of the pandemic, and to have been able to study sound healing with him almost weekly over the past year.
Anup has been one of the most incredible teachers I have experienced in my life, and I have studied with many! He exudes great talent and passion for educating, pursues excellence in sound healing with enthusiasm, and seeks out evermore ways to understand his student’s needs for being educated without rushed time restraints. Anup is an intuitive teacher is who reads his audiences, customizes his teaching approach to be fun and relatable, yet based on the strong roots of science and traditions.
As an American, my colleague and I took a chance to trust that the teacher that we embarked with on this educational journey across the world in the Himalayas was the “real deal”. We put an immense amount of faith when wiring money for our classes and sound bowls and prayed he was “real”. YES YES YES! Please know here we are almost a year later and, we couldn’t be any surer of any part of our educational journey with Anup, including the purchase of the beautiful sound bowls that he personally chose.
We never want our learning to ever stop, and dream of the day that we can travel to the Himalayas to hug our dear friend and teacher Anup, in deep appreciation for all the beauty he has brought into our lives. I hope you too can experience the magic of training with Anup. You will not be disappointed!

I randomly met Anup with his Singing Bowls in the misty Himalayan Mountains and it was beyond magical!
..i am happy to share my experience here with you-
It was the final day, a very early morning trying to sprint up the last 1000m to reach Base Camp before massive cloud covers would hide the rewarding views of the highest peaks of our planet. I saw Anup on the side of the trail, my attention was immediately drawn to him and his singing bowls. There were several other hikers around, he told us about his project how he and his friend carried, i believe it were around 12 singing bowls, all the way up that mountains to do some records in this amazing surroundings.
In the end there were about 10 of us who reached Base Camp on 4500m, weather had already changed, it was super cold and pretty much everything was covered in heavy clouds. Still all of us enjoyed the blissfully happy atmosphere of accomplishment. After everyone had decided to confidently wait for the clouds to pass, Anup came up with the idea to start a little singing bowl meditation.
A beautiful community spirit made everyone join in. There was a field of big rocks what served us perfectly for our misty open-air meditation session. With eyes shut we let Anup guide us through his practice and ended up sitting for almost 1h.
Pure magic! ..and my biggest appreciation for this thats all i wanna add here..
..then to top it all, after couple days back in civilization, Anup invited me to visit him in his home & guesthouse in Pokhara, after seeing or more so feeling what living-beauty he has created there(i seriously felt homesick when leaving after this kind conversation over this one cup of tea) i feel beyond blessed that our paths have crossed that day in the misty Himalayan mountains…Thank you & see you again Anup:)

Don’t be a spoon and experience for yourself! 💛
“Strike the bowls as if you were kissing the sky.” With his words, you already know his poetic approach and love towards every single entity that he encounters with. Anup welcomes you with open arms and takes well care of your gentle heart and soul.
Being a yogi and learning with Anup straight away right after my 10-day Vipassana meditation, my experience became sincerely soulful and truly enriching. He was the perfect transition from the silence, to all sounds, and to stillness.
I highly recommend to come with a Zen beginner’s mind and take your time to soak up and put into practice all the technical and spiritual aspects that Anup has to offer. I am one who likes to learn from the ground up and he has built a very strong foundation for my sound healing journey. I was discovering and healing unknown parts of myself through the singing bowls. He also takes his teachings outside the room, we went up the mountains singing mantras and also learning more about the teachings of the Buddha.
Going back to Dubai, I was already ready to give sound healing to other people. I also brought back my very own authentic singing bowl set with the help of Anup’s knowledge and expertise in picking out the bowls.
With so much kindness and compassion, he is an amazing teacher, a wonderful friend, and a big inspiration. I came for 8 days and wish I had at least a whole month to learn from him. A notable mention as well that he such a good company and a funny person to hang out with. Time blew really fast!
So, when the sounds are calling and the time aligns, the Himalayas will be waiting 😍

Amazing Teaching with full of compassion and my spiritual teacher in life
I came to Nepal last December with my daughter and have stayed in Pokhara about six months. Both of my daughter and I are so happy and lucky to become Anup’s student for not only learning singing bowl but also many other knowledge like music, yoga, science, meditation, Buddhism and Hindusim.
Anup’s teaching of singing bowl is systematized, academic and interesting with full of knowledge about science of sound and emotions of compassion. The best I learn from Anup’s singing bowl class is that as a healer, we shall heal ourself first and only with full of compassion, our love and enegy can be spread to others through playing singing bowl.
Anup is so warm, patient and gives individual class according to each different student with lots of compassion. Some of my confusion have been clarified after taking classes from Anup. I felt myself just like a kid with curiosity and eager to learn more and more. He gave me the whole review about culture and history of Nepal. We drank tea and chatted with such relax during class which was my best time in Pokhara. I also miss their dog A Huang which is her Chinese name I gave.

In all my years of inner work, nothing has matched the depth and presence I’ve experienced with Anup. Our time together has been nothing short of transformative — not because of dramatic moments or promises of enlightenment, but because of the steady, grounded way he meets you exactly where you are, and gently opens the door to where you might go.
One of the most unforgettable experiences in our work was when Anup hiked into the Himalayan mountains — not for leisure, but with clear intention: to meet me there in spirit, so we could do what he calls “the big work.” From that sacred landscape, he held space for a kind of stillness and inquiry that pierced through layers of noise and brought me into a more intimate relationship with my own truth.
Anup’s teaching holds a rare duality: profound awareness paired with lightness of being. He has a way of weaving silence with laughter, reverence with play, discipline with ease. He doesn’t force — he reveals. And in doing so, invites you into a fuller, more honest experience of yourself.
Working with Anup isn’t just about meditation — it’s about returning to yourself, again and again, with compassion and courage. It has been one of the most meaningful relationships of my path and has shown me the infinite depth of the heart.
